    This is a recorded message offering to lower your interest rate on existing credit cards.  I of course ignored it an pressed "2" to remove my name.  

    Editorial: One should always do independent research if thinking about consolidating credit card debt.  In addition, one should consolidate and create a sustainable plan to payoff the card.  This Company would offer neither and likely attempt to trap you with balance transfer fees etc.
