I see 4 calls were made to my cell phone from this number. All of them missed. No vm left. Who is it?

Recieved a call from this number.  No VM was left although, I heard background noise.  This is a San Diego area code.  Anyone know who this is?

All of a sudden, some random number calls me. I answer my phone and it's just background noise. When i call it back, it goes straight to vm

I see the area code and i Think, its REY MYSTERIO! But then again it is San Diego and i dunno anyone there. But glad i'm not the only one getting random phone calls.

Rang 1 time and disconnected.  This could be a check for active telephone numbers--whether or not they get a disconnect.  I have an answertone on this line that plays a song instead of ringing to the caller and this may throw off an electronic device.

Caller ID says  "California Call."  When I answer there is know one there.  Tried calling the number but I get a recording saying it has been disconnected.

I called and a girl answered and i asked if this was the Oscar Guiterrez (rey Mysterio) and they said yes.
