She called me last night with the same sam -- can you hear me, we'll give you a $100 for reviewing our products, let me transfer you to the shipping department, etc. I've worked with several Chinese people in the last few years and this woman on the phone definitely had a Chinese accent.

i just now got this call on my cell, i use home phone for everything i do . she said she was from rewards , can you hear me , yeah fine , ok hold on can you hear me ? i hung up !!

I got a call ad didn't answer, but this would be my second spam call in a couple of days.  I sent a text to 92500 to try and access my Yahoo email from my mobile phone.  Maybe they sold my number?  Did any of you happen to have just sent your mobile info to 92500 or Yahoo?  Seems like more than coincidence. PS Thanks to everyone who posts about what telephone numbers are. I love that I can just google it!

I have gotten calls from very similar phone numbers such as:

619-568-0023 (December 10, 2013)
619-900-1642 (January 8, 2014)
619-900-1645 (January 29, 2014)
619-900-1646 (Today, February 20, 2014)

This is getting very annoying and have no idea how to stop this. Any ideas?

It is not apart of the target breach. I don't shop at target and I got a call just a little bit ago.

They called me, and said nothing. Blank call.

When I read the reviews on this call it was quite evident it's just a scam.

This number just called me, I never answer but they call from various 619-900-**** numbers. It's getting annoying

I got this call and when I start ask them a question about there company they hang up on me!

I get calls from this number asking me to sample products and in return I will be mailed a 100 $ gift card and $50 dining card. But they need me to pay $1.95 for shipping using visa master card or credit card. They also asked for personal info. I said no way and hung up. I tried calling back and there's no service on that number. The representative name was Nicole id #258 along side with sarah

Here is how this type of "Credit Card Slamming" marketing ploy works:
They say you get a bunch of free stuff like iPods, gift cards, gas cards or such.
You only need to pay a small shipping fee of a dollar or two via credit card.
Though fast talk or very very fine print, you will miss the conditions of the offer as "Includes auto-membership into <some worthless service(s) here>"
The one or more worthless services you get signed up for are monthly fee based, extremely difficult to to get a hold of a rep to discontinue, and are very expensive. You wont get your "free" gifts until you use these services for some time, that is if you ever do get the "free" gift.
99.99999999999% of the time, you pay 3~5 times more in fees to get what the "free" gift would cost if you just when out and bought it on your own.
So, is the $150 gift/dinning cards worth the $700 you will need to pay to get?

"Nicole" with "Customer Service Rewards" told me that 'she' got my number because I'd recently downloaded an app. I found that interesting as this is a dedicated landline for work and it's a forward only but ok. Also I don't have/use credit cards so I was fascinated. When she 'read' the number it was clear she was a robot (which she denied) and kept asking at almost every ? I had if I could hear her ok.
I asked what day it was, where she was from and what color her hair is. She adjusted the settings so I could hear her better.
Sadly the fun ended when I asked to speak to her manager at which point she apologized for the call and told me they'd never call again. Gosh I missed the fabulous opportunity to be scammed.
Kinda neat though. Google Samamtha West for a sample of what you missed if you dodged the call.
And since I'm on the DNC I filed a complaint. Anyone with the $ for that kind of tech can afford the fine.

a lady by the name of nicole, id # 258 called and she said I'm receiving a $100 gift card and $50 dining card just for completing a survey or purchasing an app on my phone. First off, she called my work phone#, not my cellphone. I knew something fishy is going on. I asked her what the name of her company is, she didn't answer and just continue to explain what the rewards is. She said she will transfer me to the shipping dept for my shipping address. I said ok and hang up. Don't get fooled by these scammers. They just want your credit card information and scam you.
