I have been reveiving text messages from this number that are really disturbing and sexual in nature.
Please disconnect that service, it is a VOIP after I looked it up.

Patricia,  you are preaching to the choir here.   This is a discussion board for the exchange of information concerning unwanted callers, not a call center or call blocking service.    Perhaps a good Call blocker,  this works with VOIP too,  would be the best way to approach this.

This is what you call herrasment and can be prosecuted
