So you stopped back after 8 months to post an obscene reply to me?  I also believe that if you are going to cite the CFPB about debt collection calls you should have actually read them first along with the FDCPA.  You should have also read the FCC page where they don't have jurisdiction over debt collection calls.  However "odie" I doubt that this is actually that company.  You have been known to tell lies and I see that you have posted under multiple screen names in this thread while making up stories.

Unless you gave them money, you are not "a victim of the scam", you are simply the recipient of a scam phone call. BIG difference.
