This is Portfolio Collection slime. Bothering Americans with another number.

yep, must be portfolio.. they must have 12,003,884 phone number variations

I just answer and put the phone on mute.  Funny hearing them other end saying hello a few times then hanging up.  Costs them a few dollars too.

Another portfolio number, I've been keeping track of the numbers they use, and this makes number 19. This is for an issue that is 12 years old!

If they would only provide "real" proof of what they are talking about something could be accomplished, they can't so they don't.

Yelling and threatening about things they really can't do to you only makes the process continue.

just got a phone call. With this company. portfolio recovery. this is an collection agency. they call and never leave a voice mail

they keep calling for a bill that I refuse to pay. purchased tires ,and each tire was bad.

This is the first time they used it with me but there have been plenty more. I keep yelling them I don't discuss financial information over the phone but they refuse to send in the mail. Oh well. Another # blocked!

I got a call yesterday.  i didn't answer.

We paid them the entire amount and they promised to send notice it was paid, they never did. They are just bottom feeding scum and liars. I would not deal with them again ever. Portfolio yep this number is one of their multitude of numbers.

I've been receiving calls from various numbers throughout the US since the beginning of February. I do not have anything in collections, so I do not know why they call. I have yet to receive any messages of what this is concerning, but the calls are everyday from a different city and state. After a couple weeks, some numbers started repeating. This is the number that called today, and I have not seen it yet. Yesterday was Idaho, today is Kansas, but they've literally have been from everywhere. Tennessee, Kentucky, Washington, Washington DC, and it goes on. I think the only state I haven't received a call from since this started is Hawaii. I've registered so many times for do not call lists and have even reported companies for violating that. Either there is someone out there with my same name that is being shady or I'm just a hot target for shady business. Which I hope it isn't the latter! However, I've never heard of Portfolio before. Are they a nation wide company?

Ha!  That is the truth!  I only answer numbers I recognize.
