I listened to a recorded message about someone supposedly filing a claim against me.  It was so ridiculous.  Please consider this as a warning....THIS IS A SCAM!

I also recieved a message from an unknown number who instructed me to call this number because they wanted to serve me. When i called it i got voice mail. Scam

Just received call from this number left vm instructing me to call and if I don't it will be a judgement against me and not in my favor.  Big problem is the last name they have I haven't had 16 years but apparently was just filled is this a scam cause if it is I will report it to my lawyer

Same as above.  Number comes up unavailable on caller ID, but then the recording gives you this number to call. When you call it someone answers and give their name but doesn't even say what company you've called.  Complete scam.  No one warns you via the phone that you are getting served and they can't legally serve you over the phone.

I have received this message twice, sad part is this woman stumbles while reading this script. She is trying to sound serious but it is ridiculous. I have impeccable credit, do not owe any debt to anyone and yet they are leaving threatening messages on my home phone. I have turned this number and the tape over to the  District Attorney in my city.  Waiting to sue this company because I found that there are other people talking in the back ground if you have sensitive equipment to hear them, there may be a clue how they can be caught. If we can identify them I will pursue charges for a hugh amount of money!

Receive never ending calls from these people...they never reference any specifics...I know of no outstanding debt and even just bought a car and requested a copy of my credit report which shows no derogatory items...they've even left voice messages for family members through fb!! Wtf?! After reading all of these comments I will be consulting an attorney as well.

Got the same message.  She didn't say what business she was calling from and it was obvious that this was a scam. Will report to Texas Attorney General.
