A foreign male called, possibly Indian or Middle Eastern, and asked about our interest in online education.  Talk dirty to them and they can't wait to hang up.

been geting calls on cell, which is on DNC, for 2 days now. I don't answer, and no message is left. Thank goodness I looked this up. I'll continue ignoring.

As I was reading this page a Foreign man called my cell phone for the 4th time today. He ask for me by name but since I knew what was up because of this page I told him I didnt know who that person[me] was. he ask my name and I made one up. He said he was with online education. I told him I wasnt interested, he got very rude then hung up on me.

Man called me, Foreign man. He spoke my name and I said "yes and who is this?" and he just said "We were wondering if you'd like to gain further education."

I keep getting calls from this number about 2 a day for the last month everyday but the weekends. I don't know how to get the to stop. When I call back I get a message saying that its not a working number so I reverse traced the number and it says its a verizon wireless number. I call verizon they say they do not own that number.

Received a call from this number. Did not pick up as I have seen a number with the same prefix before. Prob a telemarket thing. But annoying.

Recieved a call two days ago - no message.  Picked it up today and got the online education thing.  He kept asking me for information regarding my education which I refused to answer.

I asked how he got my number (cell phone) and he said they had recieved an email from me requesting information.  He then gave me an email address that I may need to shut down.

Don't put up with these swine!!

been getting this call 2 to 3 times a day, still have yet to answer.  Haven't left a msg yet.  Maybe next time I'll pick up and holler something crazy.  

I'm very cautious about online surveys, signups and who get's my email, ph# etc, I have no idea how they would have gotten my info unless one of the few reputable companies that 'value my privacy' sold off a list...  dirtbags...

When i answered the phone they hung up in my face....Tried to call back and couldn't het thru..They keep calling continuosly every 5 to 10 minutes...

They just called me. I didnt pick up. Tried to call back, it went straight to "not in service" voice mail... weird.

Accented male said I had inquired re education online. Never happened! Told him I am on the no call list, reply ok, don't call me again, reply ok, shame on you, reply ok. Don't know where I came up with "shame on you," must be a good day!!!

this [***] colled from that number..and said he is form fbi and then he speaks about the online courses...abuse him with foul language ..so that he will never  call you back again

Some foreign lady called...she asked for beverly and I said there was no one by that name she asked for anyone here at the household and she then hung up on me...

A foreign male called saying that I can get a government grant to pay for education, mortgage, auto loan, or medical bill.  I said that I have a mortgage.  He asked me how much I owe.  I told him how much.  Then he asked me the last four digits of SS# and driver license number.  He said that he works for US government and his ID # was US446644H.  He gave me a government contact telephone number, (866) 442-4123.  I called the number.  It was a ICI Pates Adhesive Company and not a government telephone number.  I called  623-238-6016.  It was non working number.

Yeah I got a call from them today. The caller I would think was Indian, I could barely understand anything that he said but what I did catch was that I was approved for free money from the government, which I dont need. And I told him that I wasn't interested in it. And he got rude and started explaining it real fast and then asked me, "huh?". So I told him that I was busy, trying to be nice and then he started to be real rude. Asking me why I was so busy, and what I was doing. So I told him that I'm hanging up because this is my cell phone. What makes them think that they can ask me what I'm doing. If they ever call again I'm going to let loose on them.

Man with heavy Indian/middle eastern accent called my wife regarding Federal Eduaction grants. Wanting her checking account information stated that the U.S. Grant department would transfer funds into her account. He also stated that he worked for a third party company since the US government agencies didn't contact individuals directly.

re: recording - 058P: Lately, I have received dozens with 'blank air' on the other end. When I try to call the number (in this case 615-688-8018, and many other unidentified numbers), I get the recorded message, "You're call did not go through. Message 058P; you will be disconnected now."

What triggers this message?

I have an 800#. Could it be possible that someone else s 800# has been pointed to my phone? And, please tell me how to stop these calls. I have already contacted my phone company and they are of no help.
