Getting calls from this number second day.

Caller id shows "Cellular CALL 623-238-6228"
Receive 4 to 5 calls a week from this company under different numbers and identities.  When choosing prompt to be removed from list, it hangs up.
I talked to a person who would not identify themselves but answered the phone as "Warranty Services" and I asked her to be removed from the list. She said OK and took my number.  Lets see if this works.

I have spoke to four different representatives and asked personally to be removed from their call list. Number comes up as a cellular call only, and is computer recording unless you press 1 to speak to a representative.  The Press 2 feature to be removed disconnects you.  

Be very firm with them, get a name (full name) and employee ID number.  Demand to speak to a manager and they will give you a song and dance about it.  This is the foruth request to be removed from their list for our household.  

They are selling automotive warranty's.

We regularly get robo-calls from this number. The recorded voice "warns" that our auto warranty has expired or will expire.  I usually hang up at that point but it is annoying that the calls continue to come in.  The warning is very bogus because none of our vehicles have had new or used vehicle warrantees for years.

Many calls from this number come every week and inform that your vehicle is outside warranty. I try to hangup but find it very disturbing to receive these calls many times every week.

Received another call from this number tonight.  Have lost track of how many times we have gotten called about out "vehicle warranty".  Spoke with a representative tonight and asked for an additional identifying feature aside from her name so if we received another call we could have some records to point to.  She was not forthcoming.  She said she'd "put the number into the computer and it would take 3-5 days to process".  I explained that was not acceptable as we have done this several times. She said that all she could do was what she's been told to do and that is "put the number in the computer.  I asked what kind of gaurantee could I have that the calls would stop.  Part way through my query, she hung up on me.  I tried calling back with the intention of speaking with a manager or supervisor, only to find that when dialing this number I reached "Mortgage Services".  Interesting.  So I listened to the recording (which says "we are trying to reach you" - curious message for a number you call *in* to) - eventually they give an option to opt-out of their call list.  I chose that option and got transferred to a "voicemail" box that was "full".  I find this whole setup to be very suspicious.  I believe that this is some type of scam designed to get financial information should anyone choose to "renew" their warranty.  We will be reporting this to our Attorney General.

Well i got the same thing as everyone else told me my car warranty is up and i need to renew. knowing my cars were new and that was impossible i asked what car was the warranty up on.  The guy told me to go F off and do not press one before i could give him a few words of my own he hung up on me.  so now i will find them and have a attorney tell them a few words in court.   This is going to be fun.....

Just got my ump-teenth call from these guys. Kept a line open for about 15 minutes. I could hear them, but they couldn't hear me.  My wife called them and told them to stop calling, about a week ago.  I'm going tofind their physical location and send them a demand letter for funds to settle their violation of the Do Not Call Laws.  If I don't recieve a check with in30 days, I will prosecute in civil and criminal court.  The pattern that they are showing indicates that they need to go out of business.

They just called my cell. Which is disturbing on how they got my cell number... did I give it to a oil change place or something? Gotta be more careful about who gets my cell number.

No message left on my cell phone.

Called my cell phone with a pre recorded message about my car warranty was expiring and how dangerous it would be to drive without a warranty. Well folks I drive a 20 year old Dodge van and am like the 6th or 7th owner, its got over 340,000 miles on it. Anyway I pushed 2 to be removed from their list. Who, when, why and where. The number originates from southern California. I'm not happy, if they call again they won't be happy.

Just got a call from them, have no idea who it was, I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize.  They didn't leave a msg.  I'm pretty sure I've received calls from this number before, but it's not frequent.  I googled the 623 area code and first result was this site, so it seems this number is guilty of constant harrassment.  Only thing I can think of is calling the phone company next to see if I can get this one number blocked.

anyone) with some sort of message regarding my car and
either 'out of warantee' or 'uninsured'. We did nothing and
they eventually disconnected. Obvious fraud or scam,
as neither condition applies here.

Just missed a call on my cell - isn't it illegal to telemarket to cell phone numbers??  It oughta be, especially when most plans these days have limited minutes etc...

Predictive dialed calls (which is most telemarketing calls) to cellphones are indeed illegal.  Two things you can do:

1) Report the calls to the FCC here: https://esupport.fcc.gov/form1088/consumer.do  The FCC enforces the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA); the TCPA forbids both unauthorized prerecorded telemarketing calls to residential land lines and autodialer (predictive) calls to cellphones.

2) Sue 'em. Whether you received only one illegal call or multiple calls, the TCPA gives you the right to sue for damages to the tune of $500 per call. You can file suit yourself (usually in small claims court) or retain a consumer law attorney who will take care of it on your behalf. Many times, by the way, the telemarketer settles out of court.

this number called me a few minutes ago, I'm in orange county, didn't know the area code so I right away searched this # sure enough found these postings, I answered but they hung up right away, I wonder if they will call again, they now know my numbers works :/

A call at 4:06am WTF! What a smart way of doing business! Unf'nbelivaable! I'm gonna report this and sue!

I received a call this morning at 4:49AM PST from 623-238-6228.  This is well outside of regulated calling hours regardless if they are telemarketing, collections, etc.  

There was dead air on the end of the line.

I get calls from these clowns CONSTANTLY and I know they aren't calling me or my husband because we just changed our number because we were harassed by relatives and neither of my cars have warrenties anymore.  They also call from other numbers, I have gotten calls from Arizona, Michigan, California, and Texas.  it has told me to hit two to be taken off the list and I have done that only to be hung up on.  Today I pressed 1 to talk to someone and it rang and rang.
