I received a call from this number (623) 492-1728, The individual left a voicemail claiming to be a Senior Account Specialist from American Express and requested a call back at the same number (623) 492-1728

I have also received a call from this number and they started by saying my full name then said that the call is recorded. I hung up immediately.

I received calls from this number giving my name stating call being recorded. I hung up & American Express. This was advised to be a spam caller - Beware!!

I have gotten messages from family members saying they called from this number and  left a recording for me saying they are from American Express.  This is fraud!!!  SPAM!!!  I Called American Express.  This is Not American Express.!!!

I've been receiving calls from this number since August, nearly everyday, and sometimes a couple times a day, but no messages. Finally a message was left today, and a person with indian accent left a message for a relative. I never answer these type of calls, more so since I don't owe AmEx anything, that's what the caller ID shows ...these are very persisting people.

Just got a voicemail from this number. Instantly suspected it was a scam since Amex would not address me along with my ex spouse, and this caller did. My ex has had a separate account from mine for a long time.

Also received call same messages with my name and to call back, didn’t call back
