    A man foreign accent left message and used my name, he said he was with Amex and to call him back as soon as possible.  I called the number on back of card and they verified a scam, they do not have that number he left, they had no reason to call me and if they did they would use email or text. NEVER THE PHONE.

    scammer using American express and your name.....Its a SCAM  spoofed caller ID and IS NOT AMEX phone number.

    Received a call on my cell phone from a guy with an apparent Indian accent stating it was urgent that "my step-daughter" get in touch with him about an "AMEX" matter as soon as possible. He would be waiting for her return call through 5:30 Eastern Time.
