Just something to consider, if this is a fraud company, you just gave them enough info to use your credit card.  If I were you, I'd cancel that card and also call your card co. and ask them if any other charges have been made.  All the people on this web site (me included,) have been scammed by these guys.  Just trying to help.
P.S.  The reply you rec. is a standard reply this company makes to everybody.

Everyone defrauded by this company should ALSO file a complaint with the FBI's internet fraud division at http://www.fbi.gov/majcases/fraud/internetschemes.htm . It may not be necessary to close your bank account. Our bank canceled only the debit card number that was used.

I'll bet you never got your refund, did you?

I also suggest reporting this to the Arizona State Attorney general's office (can be done online) and the FBI's Internet fraud division. I did. DON'T BE A VICTIM! LET'S CATCH THESE LOSERS!!!

I would suggest to everyone that they file a police report. I was charged over a year ago and received a new debit card by my bank. Along with this webct charge there was a charge from Great Britain and one from France for some dating site. They started out by charging 12.79 and then 29.95 and 39.99. I thought for sure that this was over with, but I have just received (a year later, mind you) a letter from a debt collector about the 29.95. So now I had to file a police report and fax my statements to the police and fill out an affidavit for this company (CRB). I hope these people stop!

WTFFF its been 2 years since the [***] MCA debit my account with 35 pound when I called my bank they said they couldnt fine the company's name as it not a working day ( its saturday) now i have to wait till Monday to see who is stealing money from me each month
