I let it ring out only to hear a recorded message about my auto warranty expiring and if I did not want them to call again, push 2!  I did. But the irony of this is that it came to my cell phone number that has been on the Do Not Call registry for over 45 days. I can't remember the name of the company, but I did reply to them via a return post card that my extended warranty had been purchased at the time of sale from the dealer who is a personal friend. He informed me that this is a national firm that buys new registrations from the various state DMV and there was nothing he could do about it.

auto warranty expiration notice. pushed 2 to have me removed from their list. but we will see. I have been dealing with the same or similar firms since car purchase in January. Dealer is a personal friend who told me that these firms buy new registrations from various State DMVs and because the mileage at time of purchase is recorded they know what the year and amount of miles are on the car and when the factory/dealership warranty is scheduled to expire.

I get at least 1 everyday.  Its just a scam because we haven't bought a new car in ten years.

I got sick of it and reported him to his telephone company. which is Digicom Services
their number is 1-800-464-5446 I recommend that everyone else to the same, they will block him from
being able to call you again today is the first time in a while that my phone has been silent all day long
since this pest can not call me any longer. they also need to know what a huge problem this guy is so they
can terminate his phone service

This telemarketeer (now I know after seing this website) does not leave a message, when I call back I also get a machine, it is very annoying! This should stop!

I live in Barbados, West Indies, and getting calls to my cell phone from this number.  Very annoying.  How did they get my number?

I've been receiving these calls for 2 months now - I managed to click 1 fast enough once to get off the list (someone actually said 'thank you') but it didn't work - they called again. Most of the times, clicking 1 doesn't help, it just re-starts the message. They keep calling, at all times, Sundays, midnights....at least once a day.

How can I get rid of this?

I have gone beyond disappointment with telemarketers phoning my cell, internet phone, and home phone phone. I now call my Congressional Representative or e-mail them with these numbers that are daily breaking the autodial law...

I suggest everyone contact their elected representative until the loop holes established by the telemarketing industry Lobbing  are closed or their random dialing polices are to expensive to continue...

Something about a squeaky wheel getting the grease.  I am certain everyone is angry about this abusive violation of existing statues, and wants this illegal activity stopped..

I no longer have any patience, in my opinion these telemarketing companies owners, principals and their stockholders need to be burned at the stake in the town square...  Their company & personal assets need to be seized and everything liquidated to reduce the taxpayers bailout obligations of other fat cat criminals courted by a few elected officials...

Wives, family members and relatives are responsible to make these law breakers stop violating the laws, if they want to protect the assets they enjoy, or hope to enjoy.

constant calls, 3-4 times a day.  I hot the # to be taken off and it just hangs up.  i get a call a few hours later.
