628-000-4375

I have received 000-000-0000 and 628-000-4345? When I went to see who called 628-000-____  was there when I returned to dial it within five minutes the number had disappeared from my receiver's main box and the other cordless phones.  An At&t person once told me that 000 as a prefix is always the government.  This is Indiana and civil rights were suspended yesterday and my friend and I were discussing it at the time it clicked as a call came in.  An old Republican was calling because my old dog wandered three houses down, it clicked like an incoming call.  At first the call had his name and the 628 number.  One extension received it as an 800 number the weirdest part is it took itself off the receiver box and all extensions and put his correct three doors down phone number.  Who else but the government could have control over AT&T?  Now that I see a choice for political phone call the 000-000-0000 asked for my son or husband.  I am a registered Democrat and the caller was sounded American but did not identify herself when asked to.
