Called at 11:50 a.m. Central time.  I did not answer, they left no message.  Now blocked.

Had a call from 628-232-2094 during lunch hour.  A man's voice with heavy accent started rattling off something a mile a minute.  I told him I couldn't understand a thing he was saying, not only because of his accent, but because he was talking so fast.  He ended the call.

strong accent, kind of indian guy.
"what kind of car you are driving? " I believe it it for insurance selling.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Scam

Call came up on caller ID as 'SECURITY'.  I blocked call.   Love that I figured out to block calls on my phone too, so if they call again, I won't hear their dang call.  Like Jason suggested, these scammers might even continue to try to call even when blocked.

Looks like this number has been used for a few different scams too according to MrNumber (which I don't endorse btw), including car warranty scam and discussion about Obama?  Lol.  More than 500 look ups there (if that means anything at all...)

May be spoofed number.

first someone called from 628 232 2094    caller ID stated security     and hung    up than someone called  from 443 476 5752 hung up

caller id stated Maryland....
