Uber scam,calls uber driver,says passengers reported that you are intoxicated and they have to investigate further, tell you to go offline( so you can not check with uber app) will call back in an hour,call back from different number 2133937582,even send a verification text(they are very good) and tell you everything is good and they will give you $200 gift card for your troubles  but the only way to get the card is by the uber payment method and they will put the card there,almost got me but just a bit too aggressive, good luck

Called claiming to be Uber. Asked me to cancel my ride and pull over to verify if I was the correct driver. They asked for the balance on my account and I have been getting fake request sent to my account. The first time I received the call to cancel making my ratings go down. The person is aggressive, and today I received a request from the same name and was sent to the middle of nowhere and I felt unsafe. Please be cautious and watch out for this new scam. Called Uber support from the app and there’s no trace of the rides being requested that I had the weird experiences with. Very strange.

I received a text that said “I have arrived.” There was no other message or context.

I just got this call too saying someone reported me intoxicated driving and to cancel one of my rides I was driving to saying it was ai there was no person. Then asked to verify my personal information and that they was gonna put my account on pause. Then called me an hour later saying I’m in the clear they canceled that person account and I was gonna get 150$ out of it by Sunday. Good thing I ran this number and saw these comments beware of this Uber scam call

Number called me when I arrived at the pickup location. There was no rider at the pickup location. Person on the other end said they were from Iner and that I needed to cancel the ride and log out of the app. They said they were investigating me for not matching my picture profile and I was not allowed to drive. They would call me back in an hour once they investigated further. I searched this number and saw this thread. I called the number back and told them they were scamming me. Beware.

Same thing happened to me but the question is how they got the numbers and names

This number showed up as a Juan who supposedly ordered an Uber ride. I’ve been scammed before and because it was so late I tried to call to make sure it was a legitimate ride and I got a Verizon message saying the number wasn’t valid so I canceled the ride. Beware.they try to get your account info to take your money. Please call Uber and report these activities so they can block them

I didn’t answer the call but how on earth do the scammers know our info and that we’re actively using Uber services? Data leak? Hackers? I think Uber has some explaining to do.

I received a call someone is saying let me see if I can find this place and I did not order anything and I keep getting the text saying I have arrived

Called twice, back to back at &:05 a.m. No message.

S got an order for a lady name and it was for Taco Bell and all they ordered was some hot sauces. Kept getting calls from this number when I answered they claim to be uber support telling me to cancel the order and that the lady put the wrong address and I will be getting 15$ compensation.
