They asked for my daugter about insurance as soon as i asked who was calling and a number they hung up and call back and its allways busy

Left voice mail that if I didn't call back a warrant for my arrest was possible. Tried to call back, ring no answer

Got a call from this number. Automated msg saying they have a case against me in IRS, I need to call some number. Is there any way to arrest this kind of fake call people?

They just called me and said before moving forward for legal actions to call back. I called back, they asked my name and zip code and then and put me on hold and then hung up on me.

Don't pick up this call when it rings. It is a scam. The IRS does not call you saying there is an warrant out for your arrest. Do not call back. Just block the number and report it to the Do Not Call Registry.

Not at the present time.  Callers are located in India and Pakistan .  US can't do anything  and the local governments do little.  Invest in a call blocker and DO NOT pick up on call numbers you do not recognize.
