I agree Sir B.. and the tone of this, if it was a legit company, the posts should be printed out and turned over to the State Insurance Board for further investigations.  And I'd file reports also with the FTC & CFB..
Amusing though, shill is posting to posts over 11 month's old!

I'm finding that very hard to believe-you come on here with very specific instructions and a phone number that may or may not be legit.

See my link below. Call your dentist and ask them about member prior auth calls for medicaid members if you wont listen to reason.

I never said i could drop your insurance. The state can drop you from their medicaid program. If a member makes threats over the phone a complaint is filed and forwarded to HFS or your states version. I should mention that i am not a current employee.

I guess you never let facts get in the way of a good circle jerk. Every bit of information i posted is easy to find via google. Is an AOL sub required to register here? :p

This is how we get the leads. Strayer has physical and online classes. We got about 200 calls that are pranks, 150 or so people that made a request but were not really interested, and about 40 people that want to talk to Strayer reps. We take all the calls, sort out the BS, and trasnfer anyone that wants to talk to a Strayer rep. Every day a hundred people say that we were the Nth person to call, my ex/kid/friend is an [***] etc etc

What scam are you referring to? When i worked there the biggest program was calling medicaid members reminding to go to the dentist. Eg: Our records indicate your 9 yo son,(DOB), has never been to the dentist. Your asigned provider is"" at (adress) the office can be reached at(555-1212) if you have any questions plz call the number on the back of your ins card.

Some calls we ask that you confirm your DOB. Dont want to? Call the number on card.

    Different program eg:
Our records indicate you went to Dr. , Is that correct?
Your dentist submitted a claim for(whatever) is that correct?
    Thank you for your time.

    Two things about DNC:

If your phone number is submitted requesting contact, DNC regs do not apply.

Political calls are exempt from DNC regs.

.... if you enter a raffle, or register with a political party, or sign your name on ANY contract or ap, read the fine print.

CTC does not do cold calls

The new DNC laws are a joke.

If you get a call tell the rep "remove me from your list/do not call me again" they will tell you it may take 30 days and they will close the call.

I suggest you ask a lawyer about how the law works. I was trained by one for a different call center
