Looks to me like asking private information that only belongs between Dr. & Patient and insurance company itself. Survey's are only exempt to a extent - past the first call it can become harassment.  And tis not your job to remind patients of their appointments, the Dr's have services that do that ala their own systems.  Your excuses don't fly..

I a call from this number. On my answer machine I heard a a female garble voice in the background - assume it is a telemareketer. I don' t business over the phone. Now blocked. Do mailers.
