You sound like ignorant and uneducated morons. If someone is registered under The Do Not Call list, a solicitor is breaking the law regardless if they are "trying to help" someone. You know damn well that you, the solicitor, are using the charity card in order to benefit your own pocketbook at the cost of others. You sre a predator and this is why what you represent is a scam. Jill Thorpe is very persistent.  She never ever says what she's calling about, of course.  She just carefully records the times she called, follows up and references prior calls, and never ever mentions the purpose for her call.  Like many people, I do not answer unknown numbers.  So if the message left is not informative enough for me to return the call, I never will.

Most interesting about all of this to me is that I have NOT been in the market for health insurance.  Ever.  My insurance has been covered by my school or my employer since 1997 and my current employer selects and pays for it.  So this is just a completely out-of-the-blue telemarketer who got a hold of my number.  Ah well.  I will continue to ignore...

PS Jill Thorpe leaves her number which is perhaps a direct line?  She leaves the same number each time.  She calls FROM the 630-261-3000 number but leaves a different # to call.

I found this after finding out the name of the supposed company that has been calling me over and over. They called me from a local number with a 262 area code. But, the company they called them selves American Health Solutions. I'm sure they are the same & just calling them selves a little bit of a different name now. These calls are very annoying and never stop, no voicemail nothing. And very noisy when I talk with them, and tell them I did not ask for anything.

This is a huge scam! Never sign up to work for any company that does bussiness like this! I am a former agent who can say not only will you lose your own personal phone numbers,not get paid for half your deals,lied too by company partners,you will catch them on your personal browser,they will take over your apple id completly with thier sms messages and even after thousands of dollars in phone bills you won't get peace at all! Your privacy??you have none!  location will constantly show up like your new laptop is down in Naperville! They  can shut your phone off remotely! Invade your privacy completly and don't care if they ruin your life! RUN far away from doing bussiness with these people!

Yes, it is a crime!  They are violating the law when calling people on the DNC list.  And yes, it is just 30 seconds out of the day, but they are just one of the 5 - 10 calls from scammers that call my work phone every day.  If they violate the DNC laws, then they ARE a scam!

6same company calls but now theyre hiding behind disconnected numbers using a voip app. so spoofing caller id but its a live call and the person says they are from this healthcare solutions, asks what insurance we have, ect.   violations of the Do not call, federal trade comm on deception and other violations. I get their calls almost every single day even telling them to stop calling.
