Call back at this number to verify order online.

Called me and claimed they were doing fraud protection and that did i order some acne cream from some company (i can't remember the name). I said no and he said we was going to give me the # of that company so i could cancel the order.

I asked him if he was from my credit card company and he said he worked for on behalf of about 50 different companies, that they just verify there was no fraud.

I asked why shouldn't i just call my Credit Card company and he rambled on something about shipping expenses and something. When i said i wasn't going to give me info to a 3rd party hey claimed they already HAD my info.

I really wish i got that # so i could call the sheriffs incase something fishy was going on.... i'm going to keep on eye on my credit card but i think this may have been a scam.

NEVER give our personal information to some random person calling you. Even if they claim to be from your credit card company just say thank you and CALL the number on the back of your card.

Update on my post above. I called my Credit Card company and turns out there were like 30 transactions on my card over the last 3 days that i didn't make. Mostly small and all online.

What is weird is that they had my name, my address, and my phone number. I got another call right after this one and the guy wouldn't tell me his last name, or let me know what card this was on until i verified my address....

I was interested in a health supplement that I found online. I began the ordering process online and then decided to cancel. I did not have a good feeling about it. I can not say if the company is legit or not, but I have a way to track those people who cancel the order before its complete.

I answered the call. Automated message wanted me to call them back and confirm an order. No idea who this is. If they can't talk to me when they call me, I don't return their calls.

keep getting calls from this unkown caller.  Want it to stop.  But how?  Happens about 4 times a day now, for about a week.

didn't answer the call, don't know anyone from that number. no message was left and when i returned call automated service needing more info on my online purchase.

If you place an order online for particular products you will receive a confirmation call from this number to prevent any fraud and if it was really you that placed the call.

Did anyone got charged for this call? 888-671.8468  or 630.392.2000 she made an online purchase and got calls from both of these parties afterwards. Her bank Wamu advised they never called & cancelled her debit cards for security.

One of my telephone customers called me to find out where this call was coming from & if she was going to be charged for it? Not sure, this is the first time i hear about it.

630-392-2000 on the caller ID. Did not pick up. Not a local #, no reason for anyone to be calling.
