Got a couple missed calls, no messages. Called back and guy answered saying it was Sweeps Resolution or Sweet Revolution, something like that, but then the jerk hung up on me when I asked him to spell it out for me.

Person left a message as “Luis Sánchez from Fleet Resolutions” (I think) asking me to call back concerning a “time-sensitive matter”. What concerns me is they had my actual name, although I do not have a voicemail message. From a Google search it appears to be scam.

‭(630) 405-2152‬ Caller left message said her name is JENNIFER.. said to call back and ask for ext 301 at this number above, when I called man answered and cut me off when I asked for her name and an automated message played and I eventually hung up .... scam I’m sure

They have called muliltiplw times for my husband in a time spans of 3 weeks, and every day about 100 times. I don’t answer unwanted or unknown numbers. But they also called my mom and no one knows my mom on any bill he has. And she’s my mom so I don’t know how they got her number. But seems to be a scam.

Received a call from this number saying my daughter had rented a car from enterprise and never returned it. Don’t know how they got my number.

Got a call from this number stating that my son rented a car from them and hasn’t returned it then they wanted me to  give contact information and asked if my son has a Facebook page?!?!

This number called me saying that it was in reference to a closed account. I asked what closed account and if it's closed why are they calling me, then they hung up.  The guy name was supposed to be Jacob est. 115. It's a scam

Fleet Resolutions calling for Travis Dennis as he rented a car and did not return it so they are going to report it and just wanted to try one last time to locate the car.  They called place of business asking if Travis Dennis worked or lived here.  Told them no one by that name has worked here. They said they would remove our number from their system.  Other websites list this phone number/same detail as spam.  They are very polished on the phone so beware.

Received a voicemail message - in the message the caller identified himself only as "Jason" and he said it was extremely important that he speaks to me as soon as possible that we have a serious situation to discuss with you please call me at  630-405-2152 and ask for Jason or extension 105. They identified me by my full name in the voice mail - but that's very easy to get just by a simple public records search or reverse phone number look-up. The fact that "Jason" didn't mention a company or business that he's associated with tells me this has scam written all over it. I thought I would report it for others to be aware of.

I called the number back and received an automated voicemail stating that they are the "Fleet Resolutions Center" and they were currently experiencing a high volume of calls and asked for me to leave a message - which I did not do.

Got the same call from “Jason” today and yesterday. Said the same exact thing in his message.

Guy calls claiming to be a debt collector for rental cars and tells me that someone I know rented a car from Enterprise and never returned it. First of all, Enterprise would be contacting him, not these geniuses. I called them out on it, and the guy didn't even try to keep character- said "What are you gonna do about it?" SCAM.

Called looking for a Terri Davis. Said this number and my husband’s name was listed as a contact.
Said she would remove our contact info.

Message today from “Jennifer “- same message as listed by above reports.

rec'd a call from this number on 7/5, Samantha Harris from Fleet Resolutions, time sensitive, blah blah blah, came here saw scam info and blocked their number

received the same call from Samantha Harris as above.

Twice Monday then Tuesday important matter
No company name

I was a victim of identity theft, and the suspect rented a car from Alamo Rent-a-Car using my ID. James from Fleet Resolutions called a family member to try to get a hold of me. I was informed of the incident and provided them the police report I created. They also provided advice on next steps. I called Alamo, who verified that Fleet Resolutions is indeed National/Alamo/Enterprise's car rental collection agency.
