Angry lady told me it was not good customer service my company provide that I hang up her phone previously.. truth is it was first phone i answered ... . what company and what customer service ???

The probably spoofed his number

Missed the call but called back and it and it rang then busy signal. I would like to know how the POS scum can get away with them using a spoofed or fake number to call businesses

Asked for an owner by name. Refused to leave a message. Must have bad data. Stop calling.

called twice in a matter of minutes, asked for the owner, when asked to leave a message they hanged up.

Called repeatedly asking for the owner.  When I refused to put him through, he'd hang up on me.  Called again, right away, I did not get it.

(630) 625-8000 Itasca, IL.  Just called, asked for Owner by first name.  Long story short, said he wanted to talk to the Owner about his New Credit Card he just applied for. Trust me, "I DID NOT JUST APPLY FOR ANY NEW CREDIT CARD" and told him to remove our Company name and number from his calling list.

Call from Suzette @ Ironwood Financial, Ithaca, IL 630-625-8000.  Asked for Rob (we have ;more than one) when I told her that she asked for Karl or the owner. I asked the reason for her call she said it was to show the owner the process of processing credit cards. She hung up while I was checking the number she was calling from.  Appears to be a sales call.
