Hello Fresh called to thank me for being a customer. Unexpected, but a legitimate call as I have an account with them.

I received a call from the 630-686-2122 number and the last question asked was can we call this number? Which is usually a "yes" or "no" answer. If this IS a scam the answer "yes" and it being recorded can be used to authorize unwanted charges. I have reached out to HelloFresh to confirm the phone number and that it is legit.

I just got a call from this number claiming to be from Hello Fresh, with whom I recently did business, but am now paranoid. I tried to word my response in a manner that wouldn't seem an obvious yes and added more words to the answer to make it obvious that I wasn't authorizing charges  but the guy was quick to get off the phone once he got an answer. Kind of wish I'd just hung up.

It's Hello Fresh.  It's a company that you can signup with to have meals shipped to you. I signed up and received my first order yesterday and I see I've missed a call from them today. I'm sure they're calling to ask me if I received everything ok. . . I provided them with my cell # as the best way to contact me. I guess you could say they have good customer service if they're checking on me:-)

Just got a call from this number in the middle of the day (I work night shift so they woke me up). They did not leave a message. I signed up for HelloFresh 2 weeks ago, if this is indeed HelloFresh I am pretty pissed off. If they want to thank me for being a customer or whatever, they can email me. Ridiculous.

It is HelloFresh. They called and left a message thanking me for being a customer and letting me know that if I need any assistance to give them a call. It wasn't an automated message either!

I just signed up for HelloFresh last week, and this was them calling to say thanks for being a customer and ask if there was anything I need. Essentially it was a casual customer service survey. Didn't answer, but they left a message. Called at 9:29am mountain time.

Same thing here. My first Hello Fresh box was delivered today and I received a call.  The guy left a message stating he was calling to welcome me to the Hello Fresh family and if there was anything he could do to enhance my experience to call them.  Nice touch.  Perhaps an opportunity to upsell, but it's the only subscription box that has ever called or followed up.

Just received a call from this number (2nd time).  First time they did not leave a message.  As I was reading through these comments, my message signal came through.  It was HelloFresh.  They left an 800 number if we ever needed anything.

Call from Hello Fresh. Did not answer, they left a thank you message and said to call back if I have any questions or need assistance. Placed my first order with them last week.

Left message and stated it was from Hello Fresh.

Hello Fresh would make sense,  but didn't know the number so didn't answer it,  will next time!
