Got call from this number informing me that I had filled some groupon and won TV. It's a scam and it looks like they are calling using google talk from some other country

This is a scam. Do not even answer or speak to. I have a private number they keep calling, telling me I have won a raffle. I've not entered any such raffle.

Just got a call from this con.  Smart people, you all know what to do.  I'd love to set up a meeting with this individual while someone in law enforcement is listening.  Criminals come in all shapes and sizes.

Got a call from a guy that I had my motorcycle listed on Wallapop . He wanted to send me a check and have me give the mover $4,000 it's probably is a scam. Told buyer bike that for sale anymore now this number keeps calling me. Today 4:00 a.m.

They said I owed for a credit card back in 1997 and a judgement is going to be filed

Recieved a scam message from this number informing me I had won a lottery. They  used the name and Facebook picture of a friend misrepresenting themselves as my friend and telling me I needed to text the number from my phone. I thought it was a joke my friend was pulling on me. I texted the number. They asked for my name, address, email address, etc. I still thought it was a joke, so I engaged with them. I did give them my name but nothing else, but engaged in a long chat with them about stupid stuff, like how big a bag I would need to pick up the prize, what if the truck delivering the prize was too big for my driveway etc. after about 10-15 interactions like that they stopped chatting.
I then found out they had recently registered the number and were messaging outside of Facebook. I guess i’ve Been scammed and possibly hacked. What should I do? Should I keep the messages as a record or delete them. Do I need to change passwords and what passwords should I change?
