This guy called and said he was "getting back to me" he is trying to sell some sort of cleaning chemicals.  I manage an apartment complex and get calls like this a lot but this guy was rude as hell.  I told him he was not getting back to me as I had never talked to him before and we did not do any business with him.  He was very pushy and said he sent me a catalog and "someone form my company responded to that".  I am the only one who answers the phone and/or gets the mail.  When I explained this to him he said in a very rude voice "LISTEN TO ME... I AM IN CHARGE"  he then immediately hung up on me.

the same guy called and told me the same thing... he said he was getting back to me about some concrete cleaner and weed killer and I told him I was not interested and not in the position to order things like that for my company and did not want it for myself... He said he would send me a sample of it but i would not be charged for until the next month if I liked it and was asking for an address and other personal information (which I did NOT give him)... I hung up on him and then an hour later he called back several times from the same number and I also had a few restricted numbers call as well and I'm guessing it was the same guy calling and blocking the number to try to get me to answer... WOW he is calling again right now... this is ridiculous... has anyone else had this problem or even ordered the product he claims to be selling or received any samples?? I was jw

I got this call at work; the guy immediately asked, "Are you the manager?"  Because our office phone is connected to several companies, one of which I am the manager and several of which I am not, I said, "You can speak with me, sir."  He asked again rudely, "Are you the MANAGER?"  I said, "It depends on which company you are trying to reach, sir."  He then mocked me and said, "IT DEPENDS ON, IT DEPENDS ON!  IT'S A SIMPLE QUESTION!  ARE YOU THE MANAGER?"  After that, I would never do business with ANYONE who spoke to me that way, whether I'm the manager or not, so I said, "Wow."  I hung up on him.  The caller ID said "Chem Labs" but I looked up the number and saw these responses, so I added my own.  What a dillweed.

Same experience. Very rude and scripted sales pitch. When i would not move forward he automatically changed his tone and was very rude.

Got a call from this number. Let him do his pitch, told him I do not want his products. He ended the call with, "I'll send you a batch, it's $79.00" and hung up.

Got a call from this number today. He asked for our maintenance supervisor. I told him he was out on the property or possibly at another location. He asked if I was the property manager, I said "No, I am the assistant manager". All he said after that was "Ahh, I thought you sounded overqualified. I'll try to call him later" and then he hung up. Extremely rude. And I imagine he is just trying to sell something.

Yes, this guy called last week and I got a bad vibe right away but since the manager was out, he said he would call later.  He called again about an hour ago and when I told him that he was not an approved vendor for our company, he wanted to argue with me.  Do not take his calls...it's a scam!

Just received a call from this number. He asked for our maintenance foreman, I told him that he was not in right now and could I take a message. He then immediately started to sound like he was crying and that he would call back later. Right away sounded like it was spam call trying to sell something.

I had the exact same experience.

Yep. This spammer has called us SEVERAL times. One time he told me that I needed to just let the men talk and not worry about things. Its usually easier just to tell him you'll give the Maintenance person the message but this time I told him I'm sorry, he's not interested and he started fake crying. Give me a break.

They called me today asking for our maintenance supervisor. I stated he was not in the office, he was on property. He asked for my maintenance phone number and i stated i cannot give that information out. Then he asked if i was the property manager, i stated no im the leasing agent. I told him i could get his number for our maintenance to give him a call back. He stated no ill call back later, my name is TONY - Then hung up.

Guy is absolutely rude!!! He asks with authority tone - "may be you can tell me who is your supervisor or maintenance manager?" I said (and I know these kind  of over-smart and obnoxious sales people) he got fired last week and our owner is in another state. After that he didn't have much to say -so he hung up!!
