They are a company called Industrial Chem. They claim they received a price request from your company and ask to speak with the manager or "whoever is in charge of maintenance." We have never worked with them but it is a very pushy sales call. When I told them we don't order products from them they hung up on us.

Chemlab is the caller ident. they've called several times. ALWAYS as if they "knew" the most impossible for us to deal with them times.  IGNORED requests for when to call back/when to never call.

Appears to be a marketing model of catch an unaware employee who can be pretexted into approving  bill later shipments. Or their salesdroid is  just dumber than a box of rocks.

DO NOT reward these folks for such shite. Don't buy from them  til they clean up their act...

Shows up as NY, USA..... They called my cell phone number for Christ's sake that has a do not call attached to it.  Only thing that I can guess is that they got my number from a shipper or trucking company where we request a 24-48 hour notice prior to delivery!

They asked to speak to the supervisor in charge of maintenance.
I said I would forward their call -- who was calling please?
He said ok. thanks.
I asked again who was please calling.
He said he was from Industrial Chem.
I said "do you have a NAME?"
and he hung up on me.   REALLY???   I know my job is to answer the phone -- but, what has happened to COMMON COURTESY???

Got a call, said can i speak to who is in charge of maintenance, told him they don't have a phone how can I help, can i speak to GM, i said this is he , he said "great", do you have a pencil...(FU, i don't think what you say is worth writing down; i was thinking), Blah blah, then i said we don't deal with people over the phone, then was a quick hang up....What a bunch of moron's.......

I have repeatedly asked them to lose our phone number, but they still call.  They are rude & pushy.

I would not do business with them ever again. I ordered a SINGLE gallon of weed killer to test and by the time it was all said and done it cost me over $600.00 for this as they kept adding to the order without my permission. First it was a single gallon, that became four, then it became 10. They always end up sending you far more then your original order and then demand you pay for the extra. Do NOT do business with them and when they call hang up on them once they identify themselves as Industrial Chem otherwise you are in for a lot of grief.

This place is ridiculous. Talked me into accepting a "free" gallon bottle of orange-smelling cleaner. When I got the box, there were 2 1-gallon bottles instead of one. And a bill for almost $200!! Haven't paid them a dime and every time they've called I've told them I'm not paying for something I was told there would be no charge for, but I'd be happy to send it back as I've never used it. Scamny business practices.

Welcome to the age of lying Telemarketers who are too stupid to be hired for any real job of any value that actually could help people.  This company Chem Labs comes up on caller ID.  asks for supervisor so they can sell you a magazine and pretend we have an account with them.    In real life Id punch your face.

Asked for name and number of owner.  Assumed ANOTHER scam call.

We have never ordered anything from these people and yet we received gallons of chemical. When I called them about the bill and receipt of the chemical, they said my Maintenance employee and even gave his name, ordered the product. (Beware cause once you answer and give them a name they use it to say that person purchased the product.) I told them I knew this was not true as I  am the only one who approves purchases. They began to threaten me about paying the bill. i told them I would mail the product back. They laughed and said "well we wont accept it." I asked to speak to a manager and the same guy that I was speaking to came on the phone, REALLY! he had a very distinctive voice. He ended up cursing at me and telling me he would send more product out. I contacted our phone provider and they blocked the number but I continued to receive calls from other numbers with the same area code. I am now paying to block unknown numbers! It is ridiculous. They are scammers and anyone that encounters them know this and yet they continue to do business. This has interfered with normal business because when anyone calls and asks for a name, everyone is scared to give out contact names for fear that it is Industrial Chem Lab. Even better they have actually tried to say they were another company but I recognized his voice. i asked if it was Industrial Chem Lab and he hung up on me! They should be dealt with as the criminals they are!
