- CC3 calls in a row, rude and insistent, kept asking for the supervisor of a dept I don't have, then fished around for other depts. I said, no thank you and hung up, he then called back angry about why I would not hear him out. I then quit taking his repeated calls. Only a busy signal when I tried to call back on his number to identify his company.
- cjI have had several calls and echo the rude behavior. So, other than screening calls and not answering how do you get this guy to quite calling? Who is he anyway anyone find out? I too got a busy signal when calling back.

- MelissaThis RUDE jerk calls here all the time and asks for the owner (which he has his name). Whenever told that he isn't in or is unavailable, before we can ask to take a message, he just hangs up on us. I looked up "Chem Labs" and called the place back. I recognized his voice and I asked if he just called for "owner's name", he said "maybe", I said, "I am the owner's wife (which I am) and that you have now hung up on me numerous times. I am authorized to tell you that no matter what you could be selling, we certainly won't buy from you." He said "is that so?", my reply "yes, it is so, and this is a small office you are calling, so if you try to keep calling, when we see "Chem Labs" we will simply lift the handset and return the "hang up" favor you give us all the time!". He is unbelievably rude and obnoxious!

- JoeThey have called my business multiple times, every time they do and I say I'm not interested the guy starts mocking me. making incoherent baby talk. Called this morning and I told him about what happened last time they called, then he started growling into the phone until I hung up. Surely they can't sell enough to keep the phone on with that kind of attitude.

- LizThis guy is SO incredibly rude. Kept asking for the "general manager" and when I explained to him that we have more than one and I needed to know what department he started getting even more disrespectful. He kept saying "I want the general manager, Let me speak to the general manager" and then spoke to me like I was stupid when I told him that I understand his needs but I absolutely need to know of what department. He finally read me the name of one of our businesses along with the address (Hello, can you make yourself ANY more obvious as a salesperson?) and I told him the person he would need to speak with is out of the office. His response was "Put me to her voicemail." With us being a small office, we do not have personal voicemails and when I told him that, he said "You've got the be kidding me" and hung up. If we were ever to buy from that company before, we definitely are NOT now.

- GBThis guy insisted that I let him speak to the manager, I explained to him numerous of times that I screen all calls to the manager and he refused to state his name or company and kept insisting that I just transfer the call anyway. After I asked him 3X to state his name and number and that I would have the manager call him back, he hung up on me.

- FrankINSISTED on getting the manager's name. I kept asking who he was and he would not answer. He kept asking for the manager's name. I hung up on him. He called back (as 'Anonymous') and said that I must not be the decision maker around here and that he needs the manager's name. I forwarded him to the manager and he did the same act and tried getting her to agree that she has problems with certain building issues.

- CathyThe guy wanted to speak with the maintenance/property supervisor. I asked did he want to speak with the maintenance supervisor or a property supervisor, they are different people. First he said maintenance and when I told him the maintenance supervisor did not have his office at this number but I could connect him to his voicemail box he then switched to speaking with a property supervisor and I asked him which property he was calling about, since we have different property supervisors. He then gave me an address which wasn't even one of our properties and when I told him we didn't have a property at that address, he said it must be a typo and mentioned one of our properties. I told him the property supervisor for that property was out of the office (which she was) and I could connect him to her voicemail, he just hung up.

- JHIs it the same guy calling everyone? He was a sad kind of rude, like a prepubescent boy who wasn't getting his way. When asked to be removed from the call list he became instantly defensive and attempted to be demeaning, which was laughable. This is either a scam being run by one inept and dysfunctional dude or an inept and dysfunctional dude that is employed by a company with obvious poor judgement. Either way, great for some mid day comic relief.

- KHGot a call from "Chem Labs" (shown on the Caller ID). The man asked to speak with our Director or manager over maintenance and housekeeping. I let him know that we are not an operational community and that we do not have those people on staff. He asked "Are you not, *company name* located at *company address*? I said we were, and he said "so of course you're operational. So AGAIN, I would like to speak with your Director of Maintenance and Housekeeping" I just let him know that "AGAIN, we are not an operational community. We are not currently built and this is a sales office. So no, you may not speak to the nonexistent person you are asking for." He just said, "That's weird." and hung up.
