I have robocalling disabled on my phone, this one came thru as a normal call, left no message. Not sure what game they are playing, but they are definitely losing. I now keep my friendly calls on a white list. The rest can leave a message, and we all know these guys won't.

Instead of blocking them, why are you not helping yourself and others by making them pay you for the harassment?  They have at least a thousand numbers they use.  Blocking is not effective and won't stop the calls.  Doing what I have detailed here will:  https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-469-680-3366#p1239850047015394768

Portfolio Recovery sleazeballs. I have been dealing with them 5+ years. This was my ex husbands debt. I have submitted copies of my final divorce decree where he assumed responsibility for the debt at least 5 times and THEY STILL CALL ME.
They told me they will keep calling me until he pays. Even KNOWING the debt isn't mine. Let that sink in. They know they are calling the wrong person and do it anyways. Clearly my ex is refusing too pay so Im stuck. These bottom feeders are lower than low. I do believe they just enjoy harassing people.

You have been dealing with them for 5+ years, yet you haven't sued them yet?  Maybe you should take the time to read my other post, use the link to go to the thread it leads to and read what you can do to make the calls stop.

this number called twice in last 2 days, today just barely after 8 am when we are all getting ready for hurricane Irma. If it is Portfolio, no idea why they are calling, and cant be a mistake number as I have had the one they called for over 14 years. Never get anything in the mail from them and I have no collection activity. They have also spoofed other numbers calling my phone. We need a large class action firm to take over.

They were already sued through a class action.  After about 5 or 6 years, the class got between $25 and $35 dollars.  If you sue them yourself, you can get them to pay you thousands in probably less than a year.  So, you do the math.  Which is the better option?  The good news is that I have already posted in this thread what you have to do.  The bad news is that it looks like you didn't take the time to read it.

The solution to your problem was posted in this thread.  Of course if you want to ignore it, or see if you can top 20 numbers (they have around a thousand or more), you are welcome to do so.  Me, I would rather make the calls stop, and make them pay me.

    TiredOfCalls
Calls me 2-3 times a day, never leaving a message. I answered it once and a man with a very heavy foreigner type accent refused to tell me who he was or who he represented until AFTER I positively identified myself. So I hung up on him. Very annoying, if it were a legit company or call, they need to have American's speaking English. Tired of these annoying calls.

Oh, exactly what "bad advice" did I give?  Am I cutting into your commission?  Are you not collecting enough and about to get fired because I have been telling people that they have rights under the law?

Lol. These calls show on phone without me noticing, most of the time. I used to despise them. Now I feel sorry for them. What a useless existence. Calling random numbers in the vain hope that some poor schlemiel will be intimidated into releasing money. What a life.
