Asked for Owner when asked who was calling, he said his name quickly and unclear.he then said " is he in?" I asked what it is regarding. He said personal Business. I said what kind. He finally said "asset management"

same issue as previous report ....barely says his name ...then i asked to take a message ...and he repeats
his question for person he called for ....then accuses me of yelling ...and hangs up...i called back
to tell them to take our name off their list ...they are BCM GLOBAL  ....just boiler investment scammers ...scum

I have heard this same guy before from another number.  I simple say yes to his question about "Harold" my boss being here and leave him on hold until he hangs up

Never say "yes" to unknown callers. They might record it to make phony claims that you agreed to a service charge.
In your situation, I suggest you say "I don't know, I will check" and then follow your usual procedure.

Called and asked for "Bob".  No one calls our owner that.  His name is Robert or Rob.  I asked if I could help him he said no and hung up.  I called back and asked who he was with our what he was calling for and he said personal.  I said if its personal then you should have "Bobs" phone number not his office.  He hung up.

Said I had an important message from Richard Reynolds whoever that is?

631-465-9873.  Said his name was Richard Reynolds and wanted me to call back.  Call back number was 631-375-8064
