- R. WillI believe this is a scam
They wanted to remote control my computer saying they wanted me to download a file to fill in to cancel my Norton subscription.
They said that they will use my bank account to withdraw the $399.99 .
When I told them I didn't authorize that.
They hung up and quickly ended the call.- Call type: Scam suspicion
- IreneYup - got an email that my Norton Antivirus account had an automated debit of $399 that was renewal this month. I am glad I looked this phone number up and found that I was not the only one who they were trying to scam. I vaguely remember this happening once before where someone wanted to remote into my laptop and I hung up on them. The email I go came from kratzerraymond283@gmail.com.
