I get a call EVERYDAY!! They call my house phone and wake up my 1 year old baby every single day, I don't know how to get them to stop. I don't even know the company's name it's absolutely annoying and its driving me crazy!! PLEASE how do I get them to stop calling?  I'm absolutely sick and tired of these phone calls! I never applied for a payday loan and I have no idea how they even got my phone number?!?!?!

These scum bags keep calling and stating I recently opened a pay day loan. No truth to there statement typical scam artists.

Called me twice today.  Scammers as I have not applied for a pay day loan recently and certainly not with this unknown shady operation.

Please block my number from  613-615-8604   They keep call me for a payday loan   If I want a payday loan I will contact my place of employment

Alex you must be a lib.  Just pass a law and they will stop. Get a phone that will block these scams by area code. Do not call list is a lib joke.

Low life,  payday loan scammers. "Winterpay.com". I did not apply for a loan but they persist in calling and offering this crap.
Caller ID says "Unavailable". If they are a legit their company name would identify them, for advertising/name recognition alone. Just beware, I've had fraud on my credit and this is just another piece of that same b.s. I did not apply for the loan, I do not want the loan, "Winterpay.com" crawl back under your rock and die.

Not likely, although it's a good idea to run your credit report every six months to make sure.  These payday sharks are criminal scambags, and most of them don't bother with your credit report because:

1) The interest rates are illegal and violate the usury laws of every state.  You could easily have any black mark removed on those grounds.

2) Filing on your credit report requires a full disclosure of the creditor.  That creates a paper trail, making it too easy for the authorities to catch up with them.  

Basically, for these people to ding your credit would be equivalent to someone running up to a cop and saying "arrest that man officer....he just stole my crack!".
