Caller asked by name for a family member who has never resided here.  I acknowledged knowing the person.  I almost gave the contact # but instead asked for their contact #.  Both the 800 # they provided and this # appear to be part of some SCAM operation.  It seems to be pretty elaborate since they were able to connect to me.  How sad that we have to live with the fraud, larceny and downright evil.
