I have also received missed calls from this same number (632-5548900) from time to time.  This morning, January 31, 2012, my cellphone rang for almost a minute from this same number but I ignored it.

I also received a call from this number today.

Last month I was requesting to convert my retail purchases to PayLite but I was declined. Now they called me up and offered me the same service since I had so many retail purchases for this billing period.

I'm actually thankful for the call. And it's a good thing I saw this site to confirm first who is calling.

I have received several calls from this number as well, including the call today.  Good thing I have this instinct that it will be coming from a credit card provider.  Out of curiousity I'ved googled this number and glad I found this site.  :)

I also got several missed calls from this number...and I use to ignore it...wrong timing most of the times! I'm always at the road every time they call.

I received a call from this number this afternoon. I'm waiting a call from someone and I was so upset that I was not able to answer it.

They've been calling me too and I HATE IT because they call during office hours! They're not even thinking of calling during lunch break or what!

Same experience... this phone number call me everyday even Weekend and Holidays minimum of 5 calls per day & i automatically ignore it. Yes i have outstanding balance from CitiBank but i pay it normally from them and never been miss paying monthly bill. Only thing i hate it is they want to pay me one time payment of overall total outstanding bill! Sometimes they call even midnight just like 8-9:00PM.

Good thing there are sites like this now. They call even on holidays! I know it's their job but come on, it disrupts what is supposed to be a rest day for us.

I got a call from this number this morning. She's claiming to be calling from Malaysia, but the number showing up is a local (Philippine) Number. I asked her what branch of Citibank she works for but she wouldn't give me a straight answer. She seems to have the correct info abt my CC.  She has a Chinese accent (not Filipino); and when pressed for more info about WHY she's calling, suddenly got hostile and she kept telling me that I don't understand her purpose in calling. I hung up on her as it was a total waste of my time.  If Citibank wants to contact me, they'd better have a local rep call, there's no reason why a Malaysian based telemarketer would call me up regarding my account which is in good standing to begin with.

They also use this number for fraud detection calls - I just got a call from an agent with an East Indian accent to confirm a recent online purchase that I made.

So, it's not always useless offers that come from this number, it might be to confirm suspicious charges on your Citi PH card as well.

Received a call from this number last night, the caller spoke in english with an Indian accent. He mentioned the last 4-digits of my Citibank  CC and was verifying my recent online purchase. I was a bit suspicious after the call, good thing I found this site. Thanks to all the previous commenters here!

I think this is another attempt at a scam call. Pretending to be from Citibank, they got my full name correctly, and also had info about my last online transaction (the amount was correct but the date was wrong). They told me they've blocked my card (not the case, it was still active), then proceeded to tell my that they'll send a new card to my address, which was totally wrong. They were trying to get me to correct them to get the accurate info, so I promptly told them I'll call Citibank myself and won't give them any further info. Person I spoke to had an Indian accent. This is the second scam call attempt I had from Citibank in the past 6 months.

I received a call from this number, but I do not answer unidentified callers.
