Keep getting calls, but never leaves a msg

I rent a lot from Enterprise. I often get calls from them after a rental on whatever phone number I used to rent the vehicle. The calls usually show as being from St Charles on the caller ID. They ask a 2 question survey on how satisfied I was with the rental and would I rent from them again. I usually ignore the first call, google the number to make sure its them and add it to my contacts. If they call a 2nd time I pick up. I like the people who work at my local Enterprise office and good scores on the survey help them.

Called but left no message. I have never rented a car so not sure why they would be calling me. Nor have I ever done business or been in Missouri. So not sure if it is spam or not?

They called -no message. Haven’t called again.

Enterprise car rental, took my car into the shop and they gave me a rental, it’s a simple follow up how did we do call, rental car ran, didn’t smell funny, all good.

missed call and no message.  When looked up number and saw was from Enterprise for survey I am OK with that.  i rent from a local office in the Cleveland ohio area and these people are fantastic!  About 4 rentals a year and never been disappointed.  Will add to contacts

I think Bonnie & Jake (above) are right. I've never received a call from this number until I rented a car from enterprise. Then 2 days later...phone call from this #.

It was a survey about Enterprise Car rental because I just rented a car from them earlier this week.  Just a couple of questions and only took 60 seconds. The caller was very polite, wanted to know if I was satisfied and if I would consider using Enterprise again.
