rented a car from Enterprise last week.  Not a surprise that I'm already on their spam list.

Thanks for clarification on the number, they called and I answered and they hung up.

They have called twice. When I answer no one is there. Very annoying. I did rent from enterprise and was extremely pleased with the service. Would gladly answer a survey if the did not just hang up.

Same happened to me just now.  I rented from them 2 weeks ago

I rented a car from Enterprise a few days ago.  Got a call from this # and answered it
because the CID said Enterprise.  No one was there.  I am glad to find out on this site
it is a legit phone call

Thanks to the reports "here". Having just rented an Enterprise Car last week it would make sense this being a survey. However, it sure would be nice both for them and their customers if the caller had a "signature". Were it labelled "Enterprise Customer Satisfaction" or something, many more might answer it, or not block it straight away.
Seems dishonest of Enterprise, which is something I will say if/when I get an email survey request.

It was Enterprise Car Rental with a 2 question survey.

a bit annoying that they don't leave a message - even if they are just taking a survey.

Just happened to me a couple of hours ago. Soon as I answered the caller hung up. Probably a slacker posing to do follow ups for Enterprise but just dials the number and hangs up to falsify a document of his work efforts so he can sleep the rest of his shift. Lol.

This is the 21st Century, not the 1940's.  No one sits there and dials numbers until their fingers fall off anymore.

Rang twice and hung up.  Blocking.

Thank you, ESQ. I rented from Enterprise last week. I'll pick up the next time they call. My local Enterprise crew is great and I don't mind answering a survey to give them props.

Merrick Customer Experience, 636-243-4725, 800-864-8601 to he added to do not call... not part of the national do not call, so not illegal for them to call and irritate the crap out of you... I added all of my household phone numbers to the "do not call" list. Good luck...

It was Enterprise with a quick survey about a car rental I recently had. They were very helpful after an accident I was in, I'm very pleased with the service and was happy to do the short survey.

missed call, no msg. I rented recently from Enterprise, so based on other reports it's probably Enterprise survey.
