you really expect that to work?

It’s Merritt Customer Experience and they do customer satisfaction surveys for Enterprise Rental Cars. (Probably others as well) I rent from Enterprise frequently and get these constantly.

I'm glad I came here for comments first. I normally shoot these idiots some bogus text thanking them for donating to my cause. If it's enterprise -well yeah i've had dealings with them recently so i'll accept the call.

Called and hung up after 1 ring...no voicemail left.

I just returned my Enterprise rental 2 days ago.

I did not answer, but it is Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where I was a customer a few days ago. I'm sure they just want a review of their service.

asked for me by my legal name, said you're speaking to her, said he was "Andre with Enterprise calling for a survey regarding a recent rental, is this & gave my name again" I responded I just told you you were speaking to her & he hung up.  I called Enterprise customer service and she said if its a survey the local branch would call, said this was an out of state area code, she said to disregard and that if Enterprise was trying to contact me, they would call back.

Okay, that makes sense.  I just rented a car from Enterprise.

The hold on my account from Enterprise Rental was released back to be today. Makes sense. Thanks.

Thanks I just returned my rental to Enterprise.

I denied the call to my cell phone, but they didn’t leave a message.  I did return a car to Enterprise last Friday, and today is Monday.  Caller ID only says, “Cedar Hill, MO”

I rented from Enterprise a few days back so it could be them calling. Did not leave a message.

If this is a customer service call from Enterprise why dos'nt the caller ID say Enterprise ?  If they are hiring an overseas firm to do their customer service calls shame on them. I will never pick it up.
