These people have been calling my house, my cell phone, my work and my mother.  They say I owe for a loan they deposited into my account in December 2009.  I did not get a loan in Decemeber of 2009 and I do not owe these people.  They have been harrassing me for 2 weeks now saying I am going to jail if I don't pay them and yelling and cussing at me when I will not verify any of my information with them.  Do these forgieners really think they have the right to come into our country and take advantage of our people? I have reported this to the police, the BBB and the district attorney's office.  They all know about it and say it's a fraud and they are going to add them to their fraud alert list.  Well if they know all of this, then why the hell haven't they done anything about it???!!!???  I am at a lost as to what to do, I have had my cell phone munber changed and have been fired from work because of the harrassing calls all day.

I just got off the phone with this company. They have been harrassing me for days now so I finally got back in touch to find out it is suppose to be an advancement from some company named Fast Cash (sometime back thought they couldn't give a specific date) and they are still calling me. As the phone is ringing now and it's them. I have told them twice now not to call back. One more time and I will call ok that's it they are calling again. Time to call and get this taken care of. This is a debt and debt collector I don't know, never heard of, and will not pay.

This company has been calling me all day and I just had an hour long argument with some foreign man who says his name is Officer Alfred Reed.  He would not tell me the name of his company only that he is a legal officer.  They are threatening to have me put "behind the bars" (the guy sounded east Indian like when you call somewhere for tech support).  Kept wanting me to verify my SSN and DOB and got irate when I refused.  Kept demanding payment and info be faxed today.

I just got a call at work from a Dan Clarke asking for my private number, and like a dummie I gave it to him, I work with another Dan from one of my vendors and I thought it was him (last names sound alike). At least he gave me the number he was going to be calling from and this is now I got to this page.

So at least I know what the deal is now. I am up to my eyeballs in debt but I know who I owe money to, and I am certainly not owning up to debt that I don't have. The good news is, I can block his phone number if I choose to and I do not give away my SSN or DOB on unsolicited calls. If they have enough info about me to find my work number, there's no need for them to verify anything. In other words, if it's legit, they already have all the info that they need.
