"Dead Air" of a robocall.  We have family with this area code; this is a CELL phone number.

On call back it is a recording saying if u want to be removed from there calling list press one. They say it twice then says goodbye. Well if it was a real company they wouldn't say that. It's another Scammer .

Caller ID said "Unknown Name". Poor caller must have amnesia. I did'nt answer and no message was left. That indicates it was a scammer.

received call today at 11:44am EST...robocall...recording stated it was a requested solicitation for a back brace...I hung up...caller ID read: "out of area"

We were expecting another call today so picked up this call @ 11:02 AM this morning. Said hello and all I could hear was  background noise of a lot of people,like in a call center. No one said anything and I kept saying hello. So hung up and called back and got the recording that Patrick did.  Another scam no doubt. Had we not been expecting another call would not have picked up the phone.

A recording began playing before my outgoing voice mail message had finished.  All I could get out of it was something about a back brace before the call disconnected.  The number has been flagged as spam by a couple of other sites and is listed as non-fixed VoIP from New York City, but, from my understanding, could actually have originated from anywhere in the world.

Call from 646-257-3613 a few minutes ago, claiming to be from "National Health" and asking me personal questions about my health for Medicare.  Claimed he wasn't selling anything.  There is no "National Health" in the US.  This is BS.  After I refused to answer his first question, he hung up.
