1 646 257 3623 called 3 times in a row, one right after the other. Never answered! Who the heck are they?

Called here yesterday wanting to tell me about benefits I'm missing with my timeshare.  Definitely a scam as the resort they said I belonged too no longer exists.  Told him I wasn't interested in his scam and to stop calling and then hung up.  He called me back within seconds.  Just picked it up and hung up again.  Number has now been blocked.

Call to tell me I won 5 million all I have to do is send money for s & h. SCAM SCAM SCAM

As long as you were the winner of  5 million, you should have asked them to deduct the shipping and handling of up to $50.00 from your 'prize', and see what they would have said. Of course the 'prize' might have been in the currency of Rupees, where your 'prize', then would have been in the negative figures.
