I also receive the calls from various numbers associated with "returning your call for information on back braces."  I see various associations under marketing / telemarketing / telescamming in relationship to areas marketed. This call is in relationship to calls and TV ads that I've seen in the Tampa / Sarasota FL area. It's not surprising to find In 2012, NCO and APAC Customer Services merged to form Expert Global Solutions under JP Morgan. see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NCO_Group combining debt collection / telemarketing within Medicare / Medicaid / health and telescamming.
As far as the NDNCR it does lack a few elements that can be seen when doing business with any Financial Company / telecommunications / cable / utilities when you view their Privacy Statements / CPNI Options / OPT-OUT options. For those lucky enough to not receive calls, all I have to say is: you're not marketable, you don't live in a marketable area, or maybe you're the people calling! :-)
You want calls to stop? Try suing their system and OPT-OUT  under whatever they offer and ask questions about exactly who they allow to call or who they allow you to do business with.

Got a call sahib g they were returning our call about a back brace. I can assume you we never made such a call. We have received the same calls in the past. Coming from low life's who scam rather than work for al living. We should out them on a one way boat to nowhere,

called here at 1241pm. no message. caller id "New York NY" which is not a caller id, just a location'

Caller ID is "New York  NY".  They leave no message.

I call back after hours (using *67 to block my number).  I hear the following message, "Please, leave a message after the beep.  I'm sorry this mailbox is full."

So they:
1) call me even though I am on the national Do-Not-Call registry
2) spoof their caller ID
3) have a message that doesn't identify themselves
4) have no way to (successfully) leave a message
5) (others report that) they falsely claim that you have contacted them first

Smells like a SCAM to me.

My turn - no message left, saw reports here, added to call blocker, easy peasey.

27 April 2016 10:38am Out of Area call from 646-257-3633 / 6462573633 NYC this time. Representative advised me that they were returning my call for information I had requested from a TV commercial, on a back brace covered by medicare.  I had not requested information. Hung up. Scammer called using the same tactics as e telequote insurance. Obviously new scam of back or knee braces.

This number called me about my supposed is fraud, criminal al investigation and tells me good luck if I don't get a lawyer. Yeah right. Been getting this call for the last 6 months from a different number each time and it's always "this is our last attempt" plus I follow all the it's rules and they would send me a written letter, not a phone call. Wtf?

Try not answering unknown calls and do not call them back. If you continue to answer they will continue to call.
