they call me at work and hang up when I indicate this is a business

For the last two weeks (646)362-1030 has been calling continuously, as soon as you say not interested or please remove me  from your cue they hang up immediately extremely rude...apparently they must be from another country and don't speak and understand the language very ignorant people.  I'm sorry, I'm just fed up with these calls.

I too have received several calls from this number.  I don't pick up & they don't leave messages.  However, when I called back a machine answered saying it was a $100. Walmart or Target Gift Hot Line and I had won the gift card --- all I had to do was press 1 to give them some information so they could send it to me.  "'Yeah' Right!"

Apparently, these people are running several scams on different days of the week!  Interesting that so many of them  seem to be coming from third world countries.

This happens to me as well. It is really making upset and these calls are harassment. I told them to not call me again they quickly hang up before I can finish saying anything. I threatened police and they still keep calling me,  they just end up changing the number. One time the number was almost exactly the same as my parents home number. I am not sure this was on purpose but it seems very odd that it can be so close. This is getting out of hand.

2 calls so far today from this number. when will it stop! I haven't picked up yet-especially after seeing all these stories!

received 2 calls from this number today.  does not leave a message.  wonder where they got my number from.

If I'm bored next time when they call I'll answer and mess with them a little.

I've got almost 20 calls from these people in the last 12 hours. Honestly I'm never by my phone to answer and I'm really happy I wasn't. Next time they call. I'll probably answer for [***] and giggles. But it's kind of annoying to have phone calls every 30 minutes on the dot.

Got a call from this number also today caller ID says number unavailable no message left. These idiots are nothing but low life con artist scamming innocent people out of money and they use the internet to do it. Most of these numbers are recycled through the internet calling so you cannot catch them. Be wary of this. They change numbers continuously so they cannot be traced or tracked most from other countries using US phone numbers but are from Europe and India as well as South America also.

I received a call from 646-362-1030 as well. Same reason.  was for a 100 dollar walmart gift card.  Anyone who receives calls concerning 100 dollar giftcards for walmart... especially if it states that it can be used at other store locations as a fraud and are fishing for information.  Be vigilant.. dont give out your private information to anyone over the phone... protect your finances and your credit.

I received a call 5/5/14and decided to c/b was told 2-$100 cards usable at walmart, bestbuy, target and during call ws asked how often I shopped at these places. For sign up for privacy max and sidekick tv. I received privacy max welcome letter 5/14/14 but nothing for sidekick yet or giftcards . Not sure about scam.

Rec'd call from this number today March 12, 2015 @ 9:04 AM PST. When I answered I didn't hear anything and said "Hello?" I then heard a man's voice but he spoke fast only said one or two words and I couldn't understand what he was saying. I said "Hello?" again and again the man said something very fast and unintelligible. Then he h/u. I called back and got a busy signal, I called back a 2nd time and was disconnected right away. I guess it's either a scam or a skip tracer.

On my Caller ID, it reports itself as GLOBAL NAPS - N
They never left a message, and we don't answer our phone without our answering machine screening it. I figure if it's vitally important, they will leave a detailed message but they never do.
I think they also use another number: 646-934-6020 as well.

they call several times a day and when i tell them i am on the do not call list they hang up on me.   different from the same number each number.  last time they said they were calling regarding diabetic supplies.  i am a diabetic and other times they said they have a pain relief medication for arthritis   something has to be done about these people.

This number is making the rounds again.  Called my home phone today.  Caller Id said Global Naps-N,.  I did not answer, and they did not leave a message.

These people have called about 10 times in two weeks. I will block them now. They are persistent pests -- note that a robot is dialing, and you will need to stay on hold to reach a live person who will talk in a foreign accent trying to sell you something.

I received 10 calls today and when I did not answer , I received other calls from different numbers, there has to be a way to stop this.

Number calls constantly and by the looks of the other comments its used for many different scams

Why, why do these fools keep calling people who aren't the least bit interested in whatever they are scamming? They should all be shot

Really why in the hell do we report these damned calls? What is anybody going to do about it, not a damned thing, right?
