CID showed national PRC, 646-502-5105, asked to speak to the manager in charge of the credit card machine and hung up when asked to explain why they were calling.

Looks like these guys sell supplies for POS equipment, rude marketing tactics, don't do business with these pricks.

A phone call was received by these people about 3-4 weeks ago.  They claimed to be affiliated with our bank.  They wanted to know if we had any problems with our credit terminal, and wanted the serial number of the terminal.  After no information was given to them, they said we could get a deal on paper rolls, and that a sales rep would call us shortly.  They did, and pressured my sales associate to buy paper rolls.  The sales rep said they would send the package along with a bill, regardless of the fact that my associate didn't directly say "yes" to the proposal.  

I called my bank's tech support, and they said they are in no way affiliated with this company that was claiming to be.  They also said not to accept anything from them, as they are probably a scam.  When the package arrived about a week and a half later, I denied the package and said I didn't order anything from them.  A bill came not too long after with my associate's name spelled wrong on it, and it was a bill of about $100 for 15 debit terminal paper rolls and 30 disc cleaners.  I ignored the bill, as directed by my bank.  I received a voice mail message from them this morning which just asked that we call them back.  I didn't call back, nor will I ever.

Hopefully this is the end of it all.

This company National PRC is a scam company. They all operate under assumed names and are phoning unsuspecting clients from a database, with fraudulent practices.

I have alerted the FBI and the RCMP and was told that an arrest was imminent for a guy called Melford Skerritt aka Mel Ford (general manager) and Bassam Noureddine the owner.

It is really degrading that some body use this site to damage some one else name and reputation, I am Bassam Noureddine I started the company national prc long time ago. And we are not in business anymore, we ve been a victim of those people accusation for different personal reason using this type of things as revenge, I never been arrested by any authority and this is complete lying, and I well challenge any body to prove it and identify clearly him or her self : name and phone because such person well be facing legal consequence.
