Same here. Calls but does not leave a message. Calls are frequent and annoying.

The number is tied to a company in New York called "International Asset Recovery."  However, the business discription (on YP.com) describes Hill International, "...one of the leading construction management companies in the world."   It lists several telephone numbers, including the one.

Since there appears to be a legitimate business tied to this number, I might give them a call tomorrow at one of the other numbers.  If it's a collection agency, I need to get my number off of their records (I keep getting calls for someone unknown with my last name).

Called and said was with Medicare and believes I am a "Medicare holder"...I didn't respond, hung up and blocked the number.

Same here!  Heavy accent and could not hardly understand.  They hung up after saying I would not give them ANY information over the phone!

Did not answer as have been getting many calls on unknown numbers for false collections

Just called my landline didn't answer if course then blocked number. These freakin so-called people!

Said they were contracted with medicare and wanted to know if I was having any back or knee pain.

These numbers all same medical device scam.

Called and left no message. I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. If the call is important, they can leave a message.

Thanks for all the reports!  Have now blocked the entire 646 area code.
It's surprising that we didn't already have it blocked.

We got a call from this number today at 9:18 am. The caller ID was NEW YORK NY. This is apparently a new number for these lowlife coprolites, but it was blocked by our call blocker. Due to numerous other such calls, it blocks all calls with this caller ID. It has been my experience that no legitimate caller, whether it is a person or a company, has the name of a city as their caller ID.
