Called at 9:20 am.  4 rings, no message.

Called 5 mins ago; no message.

Call started with recording that it was a call back from ad for back brace that we requested. Right there knew it was a fraud since no such request was made. Anyway a Jessica came on the line and heard me say it was a fraud call, so told her no such request was made and that we were on the do not call list. She told me she thought I was a liar and hung up.

I got a call from 646-502-8421 on August 22, 2016 at 4:42 pm.  The caller did not leave a message even though my answering machine was on.  My caller ID said, "Out of are," which is usually a sure sign of a telemarketer.  I have been on the federal Do Not Call list for over ten years, not that it does any good.

Got a call this morning & msg. started "we are calling you back..."  before my answering machine cut it off.  I did not call this number & request a call back. I don't do any business with telemarketers or phony charities. that call.

Caller ID says New York, NY but just last week, this number was appearing from Nashville, TN.  I answered and was told this was a callback for my back brace. I advised the woman I never called or made any such request. She screamed 'YES! YOU DID' Then hung up phone. Calling landline over and over again.

Got the call today and my husband speaks French.  When the person got on the line my husband starting speaking French to him.  The man said "ahhh" okay then hung up.  This has helped slow down the Vulture calls from about 17 a day to about 2 a week.

Just got a call from this #, says Out of Area.  Did pick up but didn't acknowledge with a greeting, simply put phone on speaker by television.  They hung up in 10 seconds

Federal Do Not Call list worked much better in the past than now.  I am going to start filing more reports with themr

Thanks for the info.  Back brace my a@#.  Little note on the Do Not Call List.  It is not some Magic site that blocks calls.  It's merely a list for reputable merchants of persons not wanting to be solicited over the telephone.  Obviously, scam artists are not reputable, therefore, they don't care and since the number you see on the caller ID is probably bogus, there is little that can be done.  In a civilized society, 99.5% of the population is law abiding.  It's a shame the .5% causes so much havoc.

it doesnt do any good because the "legal" business dont call you.... but the crooked ones don't care and call anyway.

I'm a victim too.  So called response to my request for more information, blah blah blah.  ID was New York NY.

Take it hard.  It is a forwarded call from 970-217-4848 which is probably a spoof number too.

Received the same call.  Ironically, I also received a postcard on the mail for a back brace (with the number 866-526-4274) that I never ordered.  I suspect Medicare and Insurance Fraud.  DNC will not work unless you report the violation.  It only takes a couple of minutes.  Report these guys so the feds can take them down.

Sue,Big A is right. The truth is, the do not call list last for ten years. Not one. I have received my information,from the government which handles, "the do not call list". And was given the phone # to register. It clearly states,it lasts for ten years,THEN you must sign up again. Please make you give accurate information and not just repeating what someone told you.
