jackwads calling about medicare assistance. foreign language spammers.

Called , no message I'm sure spam

They profess to be "Senior Care" and want to offer assistance to Medicare Recipients.  Always someone with a foreign accent.  I have asked them to take my # off their call list at least 6 times.  Exactly when are they going to get the $1,500 fine for continuing to call?!?!?
Not sure if they are aggressive telemarketers or persistent spammers...

Called Landline 9:34 A.M. I didn't answer call. No message left.

Called today, NY NY on the caller ID, thought it was my accountant returning my call. Some guy with an Indian/Pakistani accent from "Senior Health Care". Knew my name, hung up when I told him I needed nothing.

Female caller kept saying, "Hello?  Hello?  Hello?"  to which I did not reply.  Could hear call center in the background, so surprise, surprise - another scammer trying to "sell" you something aka "give me your credit card number".
