Says they are with a law firm that is pursuing a legal action against your social security number. Called me on a Friday and said the see me in court on Monday. too funny......There is no Duncan Law firm listed in NY,NY.....

I agree.. This is a BOGUS company, phone call, or whatever you want to call it. Except mine is from California... The nerve of these people!!!!

Call me too said his name was Oscar something and said if I did not return call all he can do is wish me well. lol too too funny!!!

has called every day, all day long for several days now.  asks for my supervisor or payroll dept. after i advised them -- "george williams" and "liza smith" (both have heavy accents) that they were going to be reported to the Attorney Generals office.  then they called back like 17 times from 2 other phone numbers: 480-965-1991 (Pheonix, AZ) and 979-230-9502 Freeport, TX).  they also called my sister's cell number and who knows how they got that one!!

read my post below.  maybe they are in Phoenix, Arizona or Freeport, Tx?? those were the 2 other numbers they called back on after I told them they were harassing me and I was reporting all their numbers to the Attorney Generals Office.  they told me i could lose my job etc. etc.  i'm sick of them harassing me -- especially at work.

THEY CALLED ME AN OSCAR SMITH THAT BAS*** CALLED ME AND WAS HAVING AN ACCENT LIKE A BLOODY PAKISTANI IF I MEET HIM I SWEAR I WILL BREAK HIS FACE......THEY ARE ASCAM....
