got the same call- automation about tax fraud

I keep getting Private callers leaving an automated message claiming to be from the IRS.

Just received the same call this morning

Scammer admitted he's working in a call center in Pakistan.  One guy is an effeminate little toad who can't keep his story straight.  Another idiot goes by the name Tom Hunt.

Got the same message saying I was committed to IRS fraud. I am going to block this number.

Fraud! Threatened jail time, IRS tax issue. Scared my parents.

Same message as described above. Clearly a scam as this is a business phone. This is can frighten elderly or cognitively impaired individuals.

Same call as others...called back and asked why I got nothing in the mail and he said they sent an officer...I told him to send me something certified and I will read it after i sign for it....it was also an west Indian accent and lots of noise in the background of other scammers doing the same thing.

Just got the same call...Ask them if they are US Citizens, and they said NO...hahaha didn't even think about what they answered, then claimed to be from Brazil, but his name was Shawn Miller...sounds Brazilian alright...hahaha

I also received a call..

Claimed to be the IRS and demanded $5000 payment or else an officer would show up at my door within 45 minutes.  The person is not spoofing the phone number and can be call back. Call me at FTC or Dept. Of Treasury.

So you are telling us the caller was real and you work for the IRS or treasury department???????

Wow, you seem to have problems putting an actual sentence together.  Not to mention the poor spelling.  Give that 1/2 of a rupee back to your boss because you have completely failed.  Then go pray to that cow on the corner for forgiveness.

I got the same call.  They left a vm stating to be with the irs.  Stated name officer steve parker.  Informed i should callback asap before i was arrested for tax fraud  so how do we spam this #?.
