got call from indian sounding woman claiming to be a sheriff from 215-686-3067 telling me i should contact a chris morris at 646-517-0100 to find out what it was about even if i don't know him. if i don't i will be arrested. calls like every other day. but have not received call from him. also says i have complaint against my social security #.

I got a call from this number saying that he was a police officer and charges will be filed against me.

I got the same thereating  call and left a message. And Lionel, you are coorrect he was indian sounding man with a name Captain Davis Marshall.

I got the same phone call from David Marshall. He was sounding like Indian or Spanish

Got the same call. Reported to the police.

I got the same thing claiming his name was Adam Scott and he had thick foreign accent.

I got the same call from David Marshall threatening legal action from the State department and asking to call back on 646 517 0100. I will be reporting to the police.

I got the same damn call from a rude lady, probably from India/Pakistan/Bangladesh; whilst she hardly spoke proper English.
She told me to call 646-517-0100 as it was a State Investigation Affidavit matter, she did'nt say what department she was from or even who she was?
Deleted the message from my machine!!!

I got a Pakistani or Indian dude. Called me about five times. Said he was from con Ed and that he could reduce my rates if I gave him my con ed account number.  Then got pissed at me when I told him I wasn't interested. It's too bad but these guys are making a bad name for their people.
