cold call for mortgage refi. blocked.

Got a call from them about changing my energy source and getting a fixed rate. I know its a scam because they always call with an Indian person on the line!!! She went through her whole thing about whatever I asked if it mattered if I was on the CAP Program and she automatically hung up on me. I tried calling the number back and it said the number dialed is not in service.

Energy saving company. Everytime I block them, they get a new number.

all from them about changing my energy, He guys looking for manager..  bulra..bulra....

They called asking for a manager, then said they wanted to talk with the person who handles the utilities. The gentleman on the phone said he was from "The State Government" about our utility bills. Wanted information about who was here, came up on caller ID as Empereon Market..(Marketing)

the call my place of business every day, asking for me to send them copies of the last months utility bills for our company.  They state we qualify for a government refund for high bills.
